Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Crutan LLC (“we”) for use of the Crutan AI marketing agent platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Crutan provides an AI-powered marketing intelligence platform that connects to your Google Analytics 4 data for insights, analysis, and strategic guidance. The service includes specialized agents for marketing, strategy, and content generation. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. Account Registration: Creating an account requires accurate information. You are responsible for account security and must keep your data current.
3. Subscription Plans
Crutan offers Marketer and Pro Plans, with a 14-day free trial. Payments are processed via Stripe; subscriptions renew automatically. Cancellations for monthly or yearly plans vary; refunds are available on yearly plans cancelled within 14 days. Acceptable Use: Use the service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include sharing credentials, abusing the platform, and unauthorized access. For full terms, refer to the additional information below.
4. Data and Privacy
Integration with Google Analytics 4 allows data analysis as described in our Privacy Policy. Data retention varies by plan: Marketer Plan (6 months post-termination), Pro Plan (2 years post-termination).
5. Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of your data, but grant us a license to process it for service delivery. Aggregated data may be used for service improvement. The platform, algorithms, and content remain the intellectual property of Crutan LLC.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is.” Crutan does not guarantee uninterrupted access or data accuracy. To the extent allowed by law, Crutan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. See above for additional legal disclaimers and your indemnification obligations.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate access for breach of terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with 30 days’ notice. After termination, access stops and data is retained per our policy.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Phoenix, AZ, or remotely. Class action waivers apply. These terms are governed by Arizona law.
